Jim Morrison

Jim Morrison was the original Kurt Cobain. He influenced a generation with his music, and died at about the same age (28), except it was heart failure that took the young rocker, not suicide. Although, reports say his heart failed due to a heroin overdose, which if so, is yet another young star that caused their own death.

Jimi Hendrix

It appears that age 27 is about as long as you can expect to live if you’re a superbly talented musician. Because just like Kurt, Amy, and Jim – Jimi Hendrix (the revolutionary guitar player), passed away at the same age while choking on his own vomit after a night of very heavy drinking.
